About Tessa

– Tessa Morton is a Director at Act for Autism, a not for profit social enterprise that aims to raise awareness and understanding of autism.   

The Act for Autism team is passionate about using authentic voices in its training as well as real–life experiences. Responsible for delivering all parent, teacher and professionals training across Warwickshire, the organisation also hosts conferences and has large following on Facebook. It has also produced many award–winning short films as part of the Autism Voices film project.  

Tessa is a trained coach and counsellor, and a mum with experience of supporting her own autistic son, who is now 21. She is currently writing a book on the importance of understanding sensory challenges and the 3 C Pathway.
